Chicken souffle stuffed with apricots and cheese
Recipe Ingredients
- 2.2 lb chicken filet (breast)
- 28 oz canned apricots
- 5.5 oz cheese
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- greens
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Add salt, pepper and spices to the chicken filet. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Cut the filet lengthwise (but not till the end) and unfold, so the piece would be wider.
Place 2-3 apricot halves on each piece of filet.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Form a roll and fasten it with a toothpick.
Fry the rolls in vegetable oil from all sides.
Cut the rest of the apricots into strips.
Mince the greens.
Add cut apricots and apricot juice to the filet. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Then add greens and simmer for another 5 minutes.
