Chestnut cookies
Recipe Ingredients
- 9 oz margarine
- 6 boiled yolks
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1.5-2 cup sugar
- hazelnut
glazing:
- 2 oz butter
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Cream the boiled yolks with margarine.
Add sour cream and sugar. Mix well.
Then add baking powder, flour and mix the dough.
Form small cakes out of the dough and place a nut in the middle of each cake.
Form a ball the size of a walnut.
Grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place the balls on it and bake in the oven at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
To prepare the glazing, bring the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a boil and keep boiling until sugar completely dissolves.
Dip the cooked cookies in a warm glazing.
Then roll in ground nuts. You can also roll the cookies in waffle crumbs or coconut flakes.
