Chocolate truffles

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz children’s mix “Malutka” or dry milk
  • 2 oz cocoa
  • 9 oz sugar
  • 6.5-7 oz butter

Preparation


Add 3.5 oz of water to the sauce pan. Add sugar and bring to a boil.

Then add butter and boil on a medium heat until the mix starts thickening (The process took me 30 minutes).

Combine the children’s mix (or dry milk) with cocoa.

Add the sugar and butter mix and mix well. The resulted mix should be crumbly and bulky. Form balls out of the warm mix, so they will be the size of a walnut.

Roll the balls in the cocoa and sugar powder mix. You can also roll the truffles in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
