Fried Chicken filet with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 chicken filet
  • 10.5 oz mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Cut the filet into small pieces.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms and fry until the dish is almost ready.

Then add the filet, salt, pepper and fry until ready. You can serve potatoes, buckwheat or rice. Sprinkle the ready dish with greens.
