Fried humpback salmon with greens in foil
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz humpback salmon filet
- greens to taste (fennel, parsley, etc.)
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces. Add salt, pepper, spices and leave for 30 minutes.
Mince the greens.
Add lemon juice to greens and combine.
Place the pieces of fish into the foil and place greens on top.
Wrap the foil, place on a pan and bake in the oven at 400F for 30 minutes.
