Soup with chanterelles
Recipe Ingredients
- 21 oz frozen chanterelles
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- 2-3 carrots
- 2 onions
- bay leaf
- root of parsley or parsnip
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or strips.
Mince the onion.
Grate the carrot on a small grater.
Add the potatoes into the boiling water.
After the water with potatoes starts boiling, add mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and boil for 15 minutes.
Then add carrots.
Then add onion, root of parsnip (or parsley), bay leaf, boil for another 5-7 minutes.
