Salad with cabbage, apples and oranges


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz fresh cabbage
  • 2 apples
  • 1 orange
  • 2 small carrots
  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • lemon
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the cabbage into strips.

Peel the orange, remove films from the sections, cut the flesh into small cubes.

Grate the carrots into strips on a grater.

Remove the core from the apples and cut them into strips.

Prepare the dressing. Add the juice of half the lemon to the vegetable oil and combine.

Combine cabbage, orange, carrot, apples. Add a little bit of salt. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
