Pork in tomato and nut sauce
Recipe Ingredients
- 2.2 lb pork filet
- 4 tomatoes
- 3.5 oz walnuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt
- spices to taste
Preparation
Grind the nuts in a blender or finely crush them.
Remove the skin from tomatoes, mash the flesh in a blender or grate on a grater.
Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Add nuts, salt and mix well.
Cut the pork into strips.
Fry the pork in vegetable oil, add salt and spices.
Add tomato and nut sauce and simmer until ready. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with boiling water.
