Grilled chicken
Recipe Ingredients
- 2.2-3.3 lb chicken
- red pepper
- dressing for grilling: black pepper, nutmeg, onion, marjoram, garlic, juniper
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Rub the chicken with salt, spices, and slightly grease with vegetable oil.
Place the chicken on a grid or thread on a roasting jack. Place a pan underneath for fat collection. Grill the chicken in a grill mode at 400F for about an hour or more. To check the chicken readiness, puncture it with a knife – if white liquid comes out, then the chicken is ready.
