Chocolate desert

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz chocolate
  • 5 yolks
  • 34 oz milk
  • 13.5 oz 33-35% cream
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin

Preparation


Soak gelatin in cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.

Bring the milk to a boil. Add chocolate to the hot milk and dissolve it while constantly stirring.

Cream yolks with sugar.

Add yolks to the chocolate and milk mix. Bring it to a boil and remove from the heat. Cool.

Beat the cream into a thick foam.

Bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not keep boiling.

Add the cream and gelatin to the cooled milk and chocolate mix. Mix well.

Place in molds and refrigerate for 5-6 minutes. You can sprinkle the cooked desert with chocolate grated on a small grater.
