Custard


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17 oz milk
  • 7 oz sugar
  • 4 yolks
  • 2 oz flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Preparation


Bring the milk to a boil.

Cream yolks with sugar, vanilla and flour.

Add hot milk and combine.

Place on heat and boil until thickening.
