Fried halibut with mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz halibut filet (or any other fish)
- 7 oz mushrooms
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- leek or bulb onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the leek into rings (mince the bulb onion).
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper. Cut the fish into small pieces. Dip the pieces of fish into the eggs.
Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the fish in vegetable oil until ready.
Slightly sauté the onion in another frying pan.
Add mushrooms and fry until ready. Place the fish on the dish. Place mushrooms and onion on top.
