Puff sticks with nuts


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz puff dough
  • 3.5 oz nuts (any to taste)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3.5 oz chocolate

Preparation


Mince the nuts.

Roll the dough, so it is around 0.1-0.2” thick. Cut circles using a glass that is 0.3”.

Place nuts and a little bit of sugar on the edges of the circle.

Form a roll and fasten the edges.

Cover the pan with baking paper. Bake the sticks in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate. Cover the cooled sticks with chocolate.
