Recipe Ingredients
- 7 oz sugar
- 5 eggs
- 7 oz flour
- 2-3 apples
Preparation
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add flour and combine everything well.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small sections.
Grease the baking pan with butter. Pour a little bit of dough onto the bottom of the pan.
Place half of apples on the dough (you can sprinkle the apples with cinnamon).
Pour the half of the rest of the dough on the apples.
Place the rest of the apples on the dough.
Pour the rest of the dough on the apples. Place in the oven preheated to 350F. Bake for 40-60 minutes (depending on the pan shape). Do not open the oven doors during baking.
