Chicken stuffed with mushrooms


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (2.2-2.6 lb)
  • 24.5 oz champignons
  • Leek or bulb onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Cut the leek into half rings (mince the bulb onion).

Combine mushrooms and onion. Add salt and pepper.

Stuff the chicken with mushrooms and onion.

Then sew the chicken up.

Combine vegetable oil, garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper.

Grease the chicken with an oil and garlic mix. Bake in the oven at 350F for 1-1.5 hours.
