Chicken filet with rice and tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken filet
  • 17.5 oz tomatoes
  • 5.5 oz cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Steam the rice until ready.

Cut the filet into small pieces.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Fry the filet on both sides in vegetable oil

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry for 15-20 minutes.

Mince the garlic.

Add garlic and rice to the filet. Combine and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
