Stuffed potatoes
Recipe Ingredients
- 6-7 potatoes
- 1 smoked ham (or any smoked meat)
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 2 oz cheese
- greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
- mayonnaise
- salt
Preparation
Boil the potatoes (without peeling the skin) in salty water until ready. Then cool the potatoes and peel. Cut lengthwise into two halves. Create a cavity and remove the insides.
Cut the potato insides into cubes.
Cut the meat from the ham and cut into cubes.
Cut tomatoes into cubes.
Mince the greens.
Combine the potatoes insides, meat, tomatoes and greens.
Add a little bit of salt, mayonnaise and mix well.
Stuff the potato with the resulted mix.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Sprinkle the potatoes with cheese and bake in the oven at 350F until the cheese has a crust.
