White and Pink Jelly
Recipe Ingredients
- 7 oz strawberry juice (compote, syrup)
- 7 oz milk
- 4 tablespoons gelatin
- sugar to taste
Preparation
Soak gelatin in 1 cup of a cold boiled water for 1 hour.
Then bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not keep boiling.
Add sugar to taste and half of gelatin to the strawberry juice (instead of strawberry, you can add any juice to taste). Combine.
Also add sugar to taste and the rest of gelatin to the milk.
Pour the strawberry juice at the bottom of molds, so the layer will be 0.2-0.4” thick. Refrigerate until it fully solidifies.
Then pour a layer of milk that is 0.2-0.4” thick. Refrigerate until it fully solidifies.
Pour juice and milk this way, until the molds are full.
