Delight salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz boiled chicken meat
  • 6 eggs
  • 2.5-3 oz walnuts
  • 3.5 oz dried plums (pitless)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Beat the eggs and add a little bit of salt.

Pour eggs into the hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Fry it on both sides.
Fry all eggs this way.

Stock the eggs into a pile and cut into strips.

Mince the chicken meat.

Wash the dried plums. If they are not soft, soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and mince the dried plums.

Mince the nuts.

Combine eggs, chicken meat, dried plums and nuts.

Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press.

Add mayonnaise.
