Fried pork with mustard and eggs


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 14 –17.5 oz pork (filet)
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons mustard (sauce or in grains)
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Beat the eggs.

Add mustard, a little bit of salt and combine.

Cut the pork into pieces that are ½” thick. Roll the pieces in the egg and mustard mix.

Then roll the pork pieces in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides (each side takes 5-7 minutes).
