Strawberry souffle


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz strawberry
  • 7 oz 30-33% cream
  • 7 oz sugar (if strawberry is too sweet, you need less sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin

Preparation


Add 5 oz of cold boiled water to the gelatin and leave for 1 hour.

Then bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not keep boiling. Cool.

Wash the strawberry and remove sepals. Grind the strawberry in a blender.

Combine strawberry and gelatin.

Beat the cream with sugar.

Combine strawberry and cream.

Pour in parfait glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
