Chicken with potatoes baked in the sleeve
Recipe Ingredients
- 3.5 – 4.5 lb Chicken
- 3.5 oz potatoes
- 6 garlic cloves
- mayonnaise
- salt
- red pepper
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
Baking sleeves or baking pockets are sold at stores. Normally, they are located next to the foil and paper for baking. If you cannot find the sleeve, bake this dish in a foil.
Combine oil, red pepper (to taste), add salt, 3 garlic cloves, squeezed through a garlic press.
Rub the chicken with this mix and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
Add mayonnaise, add a little bit of salt and combine.
Add 3 garlic cloves squeezed through a garlic press.
Place the chicken into a baking sleeve, place potatoes around the chicken. Bake in the oven at 350F for 1-1.5 hours.
