Fried chicken

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken – about 2 lb
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil or butter

Preparation


Cut the chicken at the breast. Hammer.

Then flip and thoroughly hammer again.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Rub the chicken with this mix.

Place the chicken on a preheated frying pan with butter. Then press with some sort of weight, for example, a saucepan with water. Fry for 15-20 minutes on one side then flip and fry for another 15-20 minutes.
