Fried beef with kiwi and apricots


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz beef
  • 2-3 kiwi
  • 5-6 apricots
  • 5.5 oz cheese
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the beef into small pieces and hammer them from both sides.

Peel the kiwi and cut into slices.

Separate apricots into 2 halves. Remove pits.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Place meat, in one layer, into baking pan and add salt.

Place the kiwi slice on every piece of meat.

Place apricot halves on kiwi.

Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
