Cabbage, potatoes and chicken filet in a pot

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken filet
  • 14 oz cabbage
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the filet into small pieces.

Fry the filet in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper.

Mince the cabbage.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Remove seeds from Bulgarian peppers and cut into strips.

Mince the onion.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or strips.

Place the fillet on the bottom of pots.

Place cabbage on the filet.

Place potatoes on the cabbage. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.

Place the onion on the potato.

Place carrots on the onion.

Place carrots on the pepper.

Add a little bit of water (approximately 3.5 oz). Bake in the oven at 400F for 1 hour. Sprinkle the cooked dish with greens.
