Salad with mushrooms, pancakes and onion

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 7 oz pickled champignons
  • 1-2 onions
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Beat the eggs (each – separately).

Pour them on a frying pan that is greased with vegetable oil. Fry 5 pancakes this way.

Place the pancakes on top of each other and cut into strips.

Cut the onion into strips.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Cut the mushrooms.

Combine pancakes, mushrooms and onion. Add salt and pepper.

Add mayonnaise.
