Baked Pork with pineapples and cheese
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz pork (carbonate, for example)
- Pineapple rings
- 5.5-7 oz cheese
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces ½-1”
Hammer the meat.
Place the pieces of meat in the baking form. Add salt and pepper.
Place the pineapples on meat.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
