Turkey filet under cranberry sauce
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz turkey filet (or chicken filet)
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Sauce:
- 5.5 oz cranberry
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 orange
Preparation
Peel the orange (with a special knife or grate on a grater).
Squeeze the juice (only 2 oz needed)
Cut the filet into small pieces.
Fry in vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes, while stirring periodically. Add salt and pepper.
Prepare the sauce. Place cranberry in the saucepan, add honey and orange juice. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Then add the peel and cook for another 5 minutes. If the sauce is very thick, add a little bit of boiled water.
Add the sauce to the cooked filet.
