Heavy Eater salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 14 oz champignons
  • 1-2 pieces smoked chicken filet

  • 5.5 oz dried plums without pits
  • 2 cucumbers
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut mushrooms and sauté them in butter until ready. Cut the filet into cubes. Cut dried plums into strips and slightly shop the carrots. Grate cucumbers on a large grater.

Place half of mushrooms into the salad plate bottom. Add salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.

Place half of the filet on mushrooms, add salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.

Place half of the carrots and all the dried plums on the filet. Grease with mayonnaise again.

Place half of cucumbers on the dried plums and grease with mayonnaise.

Place the rest of the mushrooms on cucumbers and grease with mayonnaise.

Place the rest of the carrots on mushrooms and grease with mayonnaise again.

Place carrots on the filet; add salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.

Place the rest of cucumbers on the filet.

Grease with mayonnaise.
