Honey gingerbread in sugar icing


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons honey
  • 5.5 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 14-17.5 oz baking powder

Preparation


Combine honey, sugar, and butter and place on the heat. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.

Cool the mix and add eggs. Combine.

Add baking powder and flour, and mix the dough.

Roll the dough, so it is 0.2” thick and cut different designs.

Grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place gingerbreads on it. Bake in the preheated to 350F oven for 20-25 minutes.

Place gingerbreads on a wire rack or plate.

Let the icing dry get dry.
