Orange jelly
Recipe Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 9 oz sugar
- 2 oz gelatin
Preparation
Add 7 oz of cold boiled water to the gelatin and leave for 1 hour.
Squeeze the orange juice.
Cut the peel into large pieces.
Add 34 oz of water to the peel, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Then drain and cool to 104 – 122F.
Then add sugar and swollen gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not keep boiling.
Add squeezed juice. Remove from heat.
Pour into molds (or parfait glasses) and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
