Fried potatoes with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2.2 lb champignons
  • potatoes
  • 4-5 onion bulbs
  • vegetable oil
  • greens (parsley, fennel, etc)
  • salt

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Then add mushrooms and sauté them on both sides.

Then add potatoes, cut into strips, to the mushrooms. Add salt to taste.

Sauté until potatoes are soft. Decorate with greens when serving.
