Greek salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 7 oz brynza (or Feta cheese)
  • 5.5 oz olives (without pits)

Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut tomatoes into large pieces.

Cut the cucumber lengthwise and then cut it into small slices.

Remove seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips.

Save 7-10 olives for decoration and cut the rest into slices.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut brynza into cubes.

Prepare the sauce: combine oil with lemon juice; add salt and pepper to taste.

Place cut tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, olives and onion into the salad plate, add sauce and mix everything well.

Then carefully place brynza (do not mix because brynza is soft) and whole olives. Decorate the greens to taste.
