Summer salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 – 14 oz fresh cabbage
  • 10.5 oz smoked sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 fresh carrot
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Mince the cabbage.

Grate the eggs on a medium grater.

Grate the carrot on a small grater.

Cut the sausage into cubes.

Combine everything and add a little bit of salt.

Add mayonnaise.
