Sugar cookies
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 oz margarine
- 3-4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Cream sugar with margarine.
Add sour cream, baking powder, vanilla and mix everything well.
Then add flour and mix the dough, so it is not too tight.
Wrap the dough in plastic and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then roll the dough into a layer that is 0.2” thick and sprinkle with sugar. Cut different designs out of the dough (using forms or a cup)
Cover the pan with baking paper or grease with butter and place the designs. Bake in the oven at 325F until they are a golden color.
