Fruit salad
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 5 plums
- 2 mandarins
- 2 kiwis
- 2 nectarines or peaches
- peanuts
- powdered sugar or yogurt (for dressing)
Preparation
Thoroughly wash all the fruits and dry.
Peel the kiwis and cut them in circles. Cut each circle into 2 parts.
Remove pits from plums and cut them into slices.
Remove pits from nectarines and cut into cubes.
Peel the mandarins into sections. Cut the sections into cubes.
Peel the bananas, cut into slices and cut the slices into 2 parts if bananas are large.
Peel the apples. Remove the core and cut into cubes.
Divide the peanuts into half and mince.
I suggest two options for the dressing for this salad. The first option is to add powdered sugar (to taste) and carefully mix.
The second option – add yogurt to the salad.
