- 9 oz cucumbers
- 9 oz Bulgarian pepper

Dressing Ingredients
- 1 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoons 6% vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3.5 oz vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
How to Make Fresh Vegetable Salad
- Wash and dry all the vegetables.
Cut the cucumbers into strips. - Cut the tomatoes into strips.
- Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips.
- For dressing, combine mustard and garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
- Add vinegar and combine.
- Add butter and mix well, so you will have a uniform mix.
- Add salt and pepper to the dressing.
- Tear the greens salad with hands.
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper.
