  • 17.5 oz tomatoes
  • 9 oz cucumbers
  • 9 oz Bulgarian pepper
  • leaves of green salad

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoons 6% vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3.5 oz vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How to Make Fresh Vegetable Salad

  • Wash and dry all the vegetables.
    Cut the cucumbers into strips.
  • Cut the tomatoes into strips.
  • Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips.
  • For dressing, combine mustard and garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
  • Add vinegar and combine.
